We provide independent fund monitoring services for third party funding entities and financial institutions. Our service provides fully detailed risk assessments across the project, including technical advice. Our risk assessment identifies the type and potential scale of risk, including risk management, to mitigate an identified issue.

We provide funding reports from early engagement and periodically in line with agreed loan withdrawals through to completion, outlining the value of the project, construction time against the contract programme and management of the risks.

Replacement insurance valuations for buildings and their contents require a high level of understanding of construction costs and processes. Cost Matters has extensive experience in valuations of reinstatement, cost of compliance upgrades to properties and insurance disputes to ensure the current market value is applied to the insurance case.

Cost Matters provides valuation reporting to property owners of a variety of residential and commercial property to ensure the correct reinstatement valuation is added to the insured’s policy. We offer an initial visual survey of the property and provide a valuation in an elemental form, including any demolition and third party construction costs and fees. We can factor the construction costs by an annual index to ensure the policyholder is insured for the correct construction value up to 5 years.
